About Webster-Cantrell Hall

About Webster-Cantrell HallWebster-Cantrell Hall is a child welfare agency with 17 programs that provide services in residential settings in addition to community based programs.  Webster-Cantrell Hall began 96 years ago by committed groups in the community.  Today WCH strives to add and develop programs to meet changing community needs.  One thing that hasn’t changed over the years is the need to have the community help support the mission of helping children, youth and families in troubled circumstances.

There several ways our community partners and individuals can help.  These include, but are not limited to:

  • Becoming a foster home
  • Becoming a mentor or advocate – working individually with children in care
  • Sponsoring birthday parties
  • Teaching a craft or special interest class for students
  • Helping a child learn to read or read at their age appropriate level
  • Attend our sporting events – cheering loudly for the WCH Aces
  • Helping coach a sports team
  • Teach music lessons, including singing
  • Teach fine arts including dance, painting, drawing, drama
  • Get a crew together to paint or help spruce up the grounds
  • Adopt a child or family for Christmas gifts

Thank you for your interest in our mission.
