Webster-Cantrell Hall is a child welfare agency with 17 programs that provide services in residential settings in addition to community based programs. Webster-Cantrell Hall began 96 years ago by committed groups in the community. Today WCH strives to add and develop programs to meet changing community needs. One thing that hasn’t changed over the years is the need to have the community help support the mission of helping children, youth and families in troubled circumstances.
