The mission of Webster-Cantrell Hall is to serve
children, youth and families in troubled circumstances. The Agency provides for
their physical, social, educational and psychological needs through home and/or
community based and residential programs. The professional services facilitate
family preservation and the development of self-sufficient individuals.
The vision of Webster-Cantrell Hall is that all children and youth, as a
right, are nurtured, loved, and live in safe homes and communities.
