Volunteer

There are several ways our community partners and individuals can help.
These include, but are not limited to:

  • Becoming a foster home
  • Becoming a mentor or advocate – working individually with children in care
  • Sponsoring birthday parties
  • Teaching a craft or special interest class for students
  • Helping a child learn to read or read at their age appropriate level
  • Attend our sporting events – cheering loudly for the WCH Aces
  • Helping coach a sports team
  • Teach music lessons, including singing
  • Teach fine arts including dance, painting, drawing, drama, etc.
  • Get a crew together to paint or help spruce up the grounds
  • Adopt a child or family for Christmas gifts
